| About Our Business St. Michael's Chicharon was founded on tradition and great taste in the 1980s. Our recipe, though, has been around for generations. Our name is a direct derivative of our patron saint, St. Michael, the archangel of devotion. Moreover, our name is named after a city in our native Philippine Islands, San Miguel, which is famous for delectable pastries and our now famous snack--- CHICHARON. We are a Filipino, family run small business based currently in Long Beach, California. We currently can be found in numerous Asian markets in California, Washington, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Texas, and Guam. St. Michael's Chicharon was founded because we were not satisfied with the boring, bland potato chip. We wanted something richer, more flavorful, and more importantly, tastier. Our company wanted to create a Grade-A snack that not only sent an "electrical" surge to your taste buds, but also a taste that brought you back to the Islands. Our quality is incomparable to our competitors because we use the freshest meats (all our meats are delivered fresh from only local meat suppliers) and the finest imported spices. Whether you are relaxing and enjoying a nice, frosty beverage or on a lunch break with your family and friends, our delicious chicharon is the perfect complement.
